In every person have a convenient room, the nuns whose are facilitating the building. Many elite people, other foundation, then concern citizen giving some special gift. Inside of the Sister of the Poor Building is very clean you can observe as well that the Lolo's and Lola’s bust doing their hobbies. Foreigner and local nuns who administered, there are visitors such like us the families of the Lolo's and Lola’s.      In that canal you can seen at our back that is the Agno river and Anda beaches area. . The usual occupation of the people in Anda is fishermen. They made a lot of fish cages to put some milk fish in the cages for them to grow. Recently many fishes died in Anda due to red tide, the businessman or the owner of the fish cages are didn't earned money. But still their doing same practices because this is already been their occupation.

This is Sual Power Station is a 1,200-MW coal-fired power station located near the Lingayen gulf in Sual Pangasinan, Philippines. Development started when Consolidated Electric Power Asia Ltd, a subsidiary of Hopewell Holdings, bid and won a $900 mn BOOT tender for a 1,000-MW power station at Sual. Site preparation began in 1995 and construction started in February 1996. This has been a great site for the foreigner to invest here. A learning as well we earned to them but the security is on high level due to very hazardous and sensitive area that must not been open in ordinary people but this is a best landmark in the province. It has also big contribution in revenues that would uplift the situation of the people of Saul and their social corporate responsibilities for the communities.

This is the light tower in Lucap Alaminos in Pangasinan, were we can find also the world famous the Hundred Island, here in Alaminos the occupation of the people here is fisherman and seller of the dried variety of fishes, the souvenir that made of sea shell and accessories. Alaminos has been well known it’s because of Hundred Island. In fact this has been constitute one of our country best national treasures then more than 100 of Island if low tide and if high tide there are islands reach and cover by the sea level due to global warming. When we visit the Barangay Lucap we try to look around the surrounding of the fish cages and very near to the some islets by means of boat. Kadampat Water Falls in Labrador, Pangasinan

In a very forestry place in Labrador there is a site that you may visit this is Kadampat Falls. In going there you can only spend 500 pesos if you come from the Town of Binmaley this is suitable for yourself only. An unexploited place such like this is very cool to visit. The rocky and dusty road there is not hindrances for you can’t go because I assure that this one of the most beautiful site here in Pangasinan.

While walking along the distance you can sought busy native people doing their household chores and busy farming with the help of carabaos, there are some also cutting died trees for theme to used as a charcoal. The red soil also is best for pottery making, so the people there are has already been their culture to do works in not easy way of living. In entering the flowing river you can observe the huge rocks surrounded by algae, you can’t find a lot of freshwater fish because so rare to find it.

The river flows is not too fast unlike the other river and is not deep as well. Even the grasses are tall as like human; basically you can see miscellaneous trees on top of the river banks such like mahogany, kamachili, different variety of bamboos, etcetera.

While walking besides of the river you can’t pleas yourself to touch the flowing water, very clean crystal water. You can also here the pouring water of the Kadampat Falls even if you are far because the quantity of flowing water is heavy.

This is Kadampat Water Falls; you can see their huge hole wherein the water goes down. A majestic stone formation is amazing to look it at, in down area there is again big and deep hole, where in you can swim. The deepest part estimated 32 feet deep, which will be good if you are practiced swimming sports. Many good swimmers comes in Kadampat Falls to enhance their ability to swim other are just find this area because of their friends to relax, unwind, doing an outdoor activity, to remove the stress and to forget the problems they have.

Many elite persons wanted to construct a Nipa Huts and the very native house we called Bahay Kubo for the local and foreign tourist, who wanted to stay there just few days. But the environment will suffer and the native people lining there will be affected the traditional life probably their doings would be extinct because they no longer do their traditional way of living, basically in this aspect they would become a tourist guide, but then there are contrast on this idea. If we’re being given a chance to go here please been aware and used the environment, the God gifts Eco-tourism in a good way.

This is our experiences in Kadampat Water Falls with my classmates, we amaze and astonish by the views, we enjoy swimming, diving, and eating, and of course to forget the problems in school and other activities and this is during the semester breaks vacation.
